Windows 8 Final has just been released on MSDN and TechNet. It is only available to MSDN and TechNet subscribers. If you are not a subscriber then you’ll not be able to download Windows 8 Final version until it is leaked somewhere on the Internet through torrents or file sharing sites. But the good news is that Microsoft has already made Windows 8 Enterprise edition trial available for download.
Windows 8 Enterprise Edition is the most complete version of Windows 8. You’ll have every feature of Windows 8 available in the Enterprise edition. If you are unsure, you can see the difference between Windows 8 Professional and Windows 8 Enterprise editions.
Windows 8 Enterprise 90-day trial is available for download from Microsoft servers. The 90 day trial should be activated within 10 days of installation otherwise the PC will shutdown after every hour. The current trial version is available for one year until August 13th, 2013 after which it will be replaced with a new setup for download.
One thing to note here is that this 90 day trial version is only for testing purposes. If you buy Windows 8 Enterprise, you will not be able to upgrade the trial version to full version.
